Our living was real hot in daytime. My wife wanted AC but I thought we should do everything we could to reduce the room temp before installing AC. Since our roof was kind of old, we dicided to put coating on the roof.

The project started soon after we signed a contract. After a several days, our roof was fully coated with elastometric material with fabric reinforcement. We were amazed how uniformly the coating was put. We were also amazed how thick the coating was! When I look at other houses, some houses have awfully thin and non-uniform coating. But our roof coating is so thick and looks like a layer of snow. After that, our living room became real cool. It never gets hot anymore.

The crew members were all nice. Very friendly and professional. The company even checked our rain gutter and offered to caulk it for free!
