We've been customers of BMW Plumbing Inc. for about 10 years now. They are wonderful in all of the categories above. But to add on, they are very personal. Every serviceman we've had, has done his best to help with whatever the problem is. The owner has come out himself to help and is very courteous, responsive and helpful. He came out when there was nothing for him to gain, in terms of plumbing, to check out and give his opinion on our roof. He is a respectful and honest human being.
