I've been using the same well known carpet steam cleaning company for 30+ years. I clean my carpets every 3-6 months so I've had a lot of experience with them. Over the last 2 years, the service and results have been getting worse until the last time when my carpets looked worse AFTER they were cleaned and they had a lingering odor that wasn't there before. I finally called TNT after reading some great reviews. What a GREAT experience! I will not use anyone else from here on out! The serviceman was prompt, professional and best of all, my carpets have not looked this clean in years! No exaggeration and the price was affordable and comparable to the other company.
