I have a rental property in Antioch, TN. My last tenant had and dog. So I shampooed it up with my RugDr. I purchased probably about $100 worth of chemicals to treat the pet order and urine. My new tenant moved in and called me a few days later and said the pets smell is back. So I called TNT they came out and treated the whole downstairs and the stairs. My tenant never called me back. I went to go visit my rental property and I must say it was way better than I expected. Money well spent!
