Carpet looked great. Worker called on his way and was on time (actually a few minutes early).
The only disappointment was that the carpet did not fully dry until about 12 hours later. I might have been ok with this if this is the norm; but I think you should set proper expectations, e.g., we were told it should dry "in an hour or so."
