I have used Parkey's for many years to seasonally inspect my furnace. Last year your tech told me that our furnace was 22 years old and so I decided to replace it before it potentially gave out on me this winter. From the time I called and scheduled the appt, to Tim coming to my house to estimate to your crew showing up and doing the install, it was a great experience. I expressed to Tim that I wanted this done in 1 day so he scheduled a 3 man crew to come to my home. They were on time, professional, courteous and worked without stop until the job was completed.
