We Realized something was wrong with our Heat Pump, on the coldest morning we have had so far, this Fall, and decided to called Carolina Air, Inc. for service. Stacey Hall was the technician that answered the service call. This young man was so Awesome, very knowledgeable, and very nice and polite.
