Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the talent and heart of Bobby and Tony! I have a home warranty system. My AC stopped working. The warranty company chooses who comes out to look at your unit. They sent a company out that was here for 15 minutes. He said that I had a leak in my coil and that I would need a new system. The warranty company said it was pre existing and wouldnt cover it. I cant afford an entirely new AC and heat unit. I didnt trust the first company and asked for a 2nd opinion. Bobby from Carolina Air came out to look at it. Bobby didn't leave after 15 minutes. He took the cover off and explored the unit, thinking it was more than just a leak. He spoke with his supervisor (Tony), who has been working in the business for over 20 years. Tony had an idea that they might be able to fix it. They both came out on Saturday morning to go through the unit again. And, they were able to fix it! They cared enough to spend the time to try to really narrow down the problem and fix it. They could have easily agreed with the technician for the other company and said that I needed a new one. Then proceed to sell me one. That would have been a good bit of commission. But, they did what they would want someone to do for them. It is very rare to find a company like this. One that cares for you like family. I will never use anyone else and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. If you are wondering if you should use them...YES!!! How could you even doubt it after knowing what they did for me. I am sure they will take care of you like family as well.
