First Class Carpet Cleaning is terrific. It has been many years since I've used them, maybe five or six, but everything they do is the best. The biggest drama we had was a blueberry stain on the wool carpeting and they were very responsive and did a perfect job. They are always highly responsive, highly professional, and very thorough.

Pet stains have been our main issue, and they have been great in taking care of them for us. Harry has been great at taking care of all kinds of things for us, including wool, acrylic, and even some oriental rugs, though they don't consider that their specialty. They're great.
