We recently purchased a home in Scottsdale and the inspector recommended painting. We contacted 3 different companies and selected PRP. The pricing was similar, but Steve was very thorough in pointing out things to address and things that would be done. Once we settled on a color, the team arrived and started the project. One day to patch and repair, one day to paint and one day to touch-up. Plus they installed a new patio fan for us.
