I Manage a Luxury Townhouse Community in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. I deal with many vendors on a daily basis. This community's carpet is a dense pile of Berber that is no longer manufactured. It unravels just by looking at it. There is almost always damage upon move out by my residents. Don is a magic man. He has done seamless repairs saving us thousands of dollars. He is punctual, professional and courteous as are his workers. His prices are very fair. The company arrives with a state of the art appearance and equipment and almost always complete the job on the same day (some of my jobs are pretty big ones). The repairs are undetectable, no one else knows they were ever there! I don't know what I did before finding them. I will use no one else for my carpet repair.
