I called Don last night to come repair the carpet because of burns. Don came right at the schedule time and was very friendly. The repair he did for my carpet came out amazing. I told my roommate to come downstairs to see if he could find where Don made the repair,my roommate could not tell the difference. I would recommend calling Don for any of your carpet problems.
