By that time I was pretty angry. The professionalism and attention paid to us by IICR regarding what we needed exactly was handled extremely well. The technician listened, analyzed the problem and provided an on the spot reasonable quote before beginning the work. He moved furniture when required. The completed job was very satisfactory.
