I would say that basically from my perspective, all we had to do was hand the box off to AV Connect. They took it from there. They took everything out of the box, wrote down for us where things went, walked us through it and did a complete demo for us. Really, all we had to do was just sit back and relax. They took their time, got it done in a timely manner and they made sure we were left knowing how to operate things. They even called a week later to make sure things were still working fine for us, which we were very pleasantly surprised by.
