Happy with them.
The person with Five Points Advisory Group that helped me was James. Basically, he got me to the point where I was comfortable again. I would say he did a lot to help me and educate me on a lot of different things, when it comes down to the IRS. He got me set up on a great payment plan, which I'm happy with.
It would have been better if I could have gotten a percentage of the amount I owed wiped out or something, but that's the only thing I have a problem with.
