I felt like American Guardian gave me personal customer service. I wasn't just a number to them. They treated my security needs individually and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything they did. They explained everything they recommended, including the reasoning behind their recommendations. I felt the value of their price in comparison to the other security company I was talking to, was definitely worth it for all of their knowledge and personalized customer service.

The alarm system they were working with was installed into the house when it was first built and had never been fired up or activated. There were issues that came up because it was an older system, 12 years old, and totally original to the house. The other company just wanted to come in and get the job done the way they wanted it to be done and take the easiest route available. But, American Guardian wanted to work with me, and to get it done the right way to my satisfaction. They took the time to troubleshoot, and to make sure it was working to the best of it's abilities.

They were prompt in getting back to me. If I called and left a message, they'd call me right back with answers to my questions. The general manager called me to listen to my concerns. They were so easy to work with and were able to get me an appointment the next day. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
