Easy to make an appointment and service was prompt. Only had to charge a service charge since both dryer & dishwasher were okay.
It was very easy to make an appointment since it was online. I received confirmation quickly and an appt. was scheduled for the next day, which was my preference. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't do what it was doing while he was there. He tried 5 times to run it and recreate the problem. He told us what the problem was if it did it again and looked up the part on the Internet. It is no longer even available. He didn't charge for a dryer vent cleaning because he looked at it and said it was fine.
