We were shopping for a new mattress. Marlene was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made us feel welcome when we had no idea what mattress we should buy. Tim and Charlie were very nice. They made us feel relaxed with the whole process of removing the old and setting up the new. They were respectful of our home and even talked about baseball!!
