My wife and I recently purchased a range and refrigerator from Martin Appliance. From our first contact with the sales associate, Dean, to the delivery with technicians, Tim and Charlie, we could not have asked for a better experience. We selected basic models for both appliances and received absolutely no pressure to go with more expensive models. We paid for the items and Martin’s readily agreed to keep them for several months until we were ready for them. The delivery was on time and stress free. Tim and Charlie were pleasant and managed to maneuver the appliances around some tight spaces without damaging our home or the appliances. They then took the time to clearly explain how each appliance worked. It is a great feeling knowing that there are still stores that put the customer first. While I hope we do not need to shop for major appliances in the near future, we will definitely return to Martin Appliance if the need arises.
