Bob and Tina at Old Colonial Mortgage were the ones we worked with. We started March 1st and the closing was May 6th. It was a difficult loan because we own several rental properties that had to be included - 12 properties in addition to our house. We went through weeks and weeks of getting the paperwork to them. They worked so hard to get it done. We had a lot of challenges. Our agent was difficult to work with. The person who did the appraisal made a lot of mistakes on the figures so we had to start the process all over again. Bob and Tina got us another appraiser. Bob and Tina were with us on the phone for hours to get information from the IRS, too. My husband and I were ready to give up.

We had one problem after another and every time Bob and Tina were there getting it fixed and getting it done. It didn't matter how late at night. Bob was on vacation for part of the process and he still helped us. I would give them a 10 if I could give them a 10. They worked so hard to get it. I don't think you can find anyone who works harder to get your loan processed.
