In today's market there are many extenuating factors, most of which are difficult or at the very least, time consuming to navigate. Old Colonial truly went the extra mile in my case. The road to closing my deal had many pitfalls, no less than 5, and none easy to hurdle. These "issues" we're embraced by my broker Justin as a personal challenge, who systematically executed the required fixes, as well as the necessitated contingency plans, to finally get to closure.
