Brick Doctor took care of several issues that we had with our exterior brick. We have an older home, and it had settled some over the years. This caused some of the grout to disintegrate. And in other places, the shifting had caused cracks down the length of the wall. They replaced the disintegrated grout, and they also pulled out the old cracked bricks and put new ones in. Overall, they exceeded my expectations, and I have already been recommending them to other people!
