Called them before going in and told them if I can go in Saturday for a lip install. The guy told me to come in Saturday morning so I did. When I went there he said there were no technicians working on Saturdays so I had to make another appointment. When I made the appointment I told him I need to wait for the car because I have to go to work.
On the appointment day, I went in and they told me I have to leave my car there because they were busy and will not be able to finish the job. I strongly told them about what I told the guy and stuff so they said they accepted. I was charged $120 and had to wait a full 2 hours. The lip install only requires removing 2 bolts and takes as little as 20 minutes to install (I know because I'm on a BMW forum and there are lots of people with the same lip that installed themselves). I was looking for a shop that can do honest work at reasonable price for all my future mods but I won't be going back there.
