It's pretty simple because Exotic Motors did exactly what they said they would do within the time frame they gave. Everything was done as promised, with no surprises or anything. They knew right up front what they needed to do. Exotic Motors worked on the front end, hood, and the bumper, and made it look better than new. They also had a coffee maker in the waiting room!
