It's been great. Part of it is Dr. Holmes listens to what I need. He doesn't just grab hold of you; he asks where you're hurting most and focuses on that. Then he goes through and does the rest of the adjustment. A lot of other chiropractors just want to do their usual routine and not listen to you.
