I originally went to Holmes Chiropractic because I was having some pain in my face and neck area. This pain was resulting from Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). I have been to other doctors and they were not able to help me as Dr. Holmes has.

He tested my stress levels, and he was able to see my body's reactions to stress. He has been giving me breathing exercises and neck adjustments to relieve tension. He is able to feel inside my mouth where the pressure is, and is able to relieve it. He is helping me with my TMJ.
