The estimator, Alvis, noted every detail needing attention. He worked with me to tailor the quote to my specific needs. Although they typically use one brand of paint, he was fine going with the brand I normally use.

The painters, Freddie and Carlos, arrived on time. Freddie went over the schedule, letting me know what would happen on each day of the job, and when I needed to be present to allow access to the interior jambs. He reviewed the planned paint colors (there were four) to make sure the proper color would be applied to each surface. Because the eaves had a mold problem, they washed them down with a bleach solution. After everything was painted, they checked and applied touchup wherever needed. The job site was kept cleaned and maintained.

I am very satisfied with the high quality of the work. It was a pleasure to work with a company that worked closely with me, kept to schedule, and kept me informed of progress. The price was fair and competitive. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
