Customer service is whack!!!
Not professsional at all. I called for a quote, spoke to a man named Bill that wasn't at all professional or helpful. He responded to me needing a quote as to whats your credit card info, without seeing or giving me a diagnostics as to what the problem is and despite the fact that quotes are free. I asked him why he needed the card info already without seeing what actually had to be fixed and his response was that if I decided not to pay he needs to make sure he still does...WAIT! Why assume that Im not going to pay for services that I need done for my families business? And how did you determine that I wasn't going to pay?
