Don Wojan at Don Wojan Construction and Remodeling has actually done quite a few homes with me. I do home modeling flips actually. I used him several times. It has been fine. I met him when he worked on my rent house. Don Wojan's very knowledgeable in most facets of the remodeling industry. If he can't do it, he'll make sure he assigns someone to do it, or learn how to do it. I haven't run into this situation though.
