The technician called me and asked if it was OK for him to show up early. I said it was and he said he would call again when he was on his way. He called back about 30 minutes later to tell me he was on his way. I really appreciated that because my past experience with people in the repair business is that they only call sometimes and usually it is to say they are going to be late. The technician arrived and quickly performed the maintenance. The garage door is much quieter and smoother. He also gave suggestions on how I can maintain the opener. I will use this company again without hesitation!
