I had a water heater replace and the quote I received over the phone was fair. I was very pleased that they were on time and got right to work and explained what they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves.
They made recommendation and were not pushy. It was nice for a change to have great costumer service and they were polite and courteous. I will put them in my speed dial for any problems I have with plumbing in the future. A+
