I first got on their website, no prices listed. I then requested a quote on a Bosch dishwasher, talked to a salesman Micheal, I waited 5 minutes, and finally hung up. I later called back and asked about the price, I talked to another salesman, Michael was with a customer, I said okay, what is the price of the dishwasher, he said Michael would have to call me back, no thanks

Hi Randy, thanks for looking us up for your dishwasher price quote. As you recall, you first emailed a price request which Michael responded to with a phone call. Our records show the phone call took place less than 90 minutes after your email delivery time stamp. Michael was unable to reach you and left a voice message. You called back and our sales consultant Lyle answered, but you were unable to provide the model number. Lyle attempted to help by putting you on hold to retrieve your email and locate the model number for you. You ended the phone call before we could get back to you. You then called back and our sales associate Greg answered the phone and you attempted to restart the process without a model number. Greg could not price out the dishwasher without knowing the model number and you terminated the phone call abruptly. Michael still has your price quote based on your initial email that had the model number and is ready to assist. He is going to call you and email to guarantee you receive this info. Thank you for the opportunity to assist.
