Mr. Mullins, I apologize that our installer did not show up until 9:00pm to deliver your appliances. I have looked into the route for that day. It shows that the original time frame for your delivery was 1-5. I have notes where we called you back later that afternoon to let you know that your ETA would be pushed back to 4-6. I also see where the installer had to spend more time at the previous 2 deliveries on his route to ensure that the appliances were installed properly. Our installers try to take care of each individual customer and ensure that the delivery and install is to the customers standards.
