Avoid Dick Van Dyke's at all costs!

Dick Van Dyke's has very talented sales people who will tell you about their wonderful service, but that's where any investment in that ends. Our range was delivered over a month late, we were given TWO defective ranges and they immediately scrapped our old one so we were forced to live without a working oven for weeks.

They also failed to communicate several times (we always had to call them to find out the status of our order even after they promised to call back), they consistently failed to deliver on their promises and their customer support was profoundly rude.

You can get the same appliances for less at any of the big box competitors to Dick Van Dyke's and they will have superior service. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.

Mr. Griffis, I apologize for the inconvenience you have suffered during this delivery process. I show where the 1st range that came in was damaged, so we needed to order another one to bring out to you. When we brought that range out to you we found that the unit had a manufacture defect. We sent one of our certified technicians out to determine what the issue may be. Once we discovered what was wrong, I informed you that I would be able to provide you with a new range, but we had to order a new one as we did not have one in stock. At that time, you informed me that you just wanted your old range back and to be done with the entire process. I let you know that your range was no longer here, as all of our appliances are immediately delivered to a recycling area to promote a green business strategy. I created a 100.00 refund to you to compensate for the inconvenience and also provided you with a new range once we received it. I appreciate your willingness to work with us while we resolved this issue.
