After purchasing a new refrigerator at Dick Van Dyke Appliance World a few years ago that turned out to be a "Lemon", I was totally impressed with the way DVDAW handled the two replacements necessary to get a refrigerator that worked the way it should. Therefore, this fall, when I needed a new washer and dryer, there was no other option in my book, but Dick Van Dyke. I was very impressed again and would recommend the sales staff, installers, etc., to anyone.
