Cable TV does a better job with appt times
The service department gives a 4 hour window with a 1/2 hour call prior to arrival. Great if you are walking the dog or filling the gas tank - not great if you have real errands to run. Just spent another day waiting for a 12-4 appointment. It's after 4. No tech. Service department apologized - again.
