My experience was the best I received out of the 4 total business I checked on the same unit , the other stores were poor and I am rating them also , my sales contact Matt Doman was interested in making sure he met my needs and not just trying to make a sale. My delivery associate was great . He made sure everything was to my expectations before he left , Next time I need to purchase an appliance I won't bother looking around I will just make purchase with DVD. I work in customer service as a supervisor in a large global mfg company and these 2 gentleman would meet my standards any day.
