I was pleased with my experience with Russ Wolf. He was friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and was very informative. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision and I appreciated that. I don't remember the installer's name, but he was very professional - on time, explained what he was going to do, very informative, and cleaned up afterwards. All around this was a good experience.
