purchase and installation of cook top and dishwasher
Very disappointed and still no resolution.
1. Purchased Induction cook top and GE Dishwasher April 14
2.Installation April 24. Found out we needed 40 Amp Service and had
3. 30AMP (salesman says all cook tops need 40 AMP now and assumed we had 40 AMP. Never asked us, Installer info contradicted this).
4.We had Electrician in next day. Could not get reschedule until 6 May.
5. 6 May-Installer showed up though we had a slide in range and had it on hand. Had to reschedule for 13 May. Without a functional cook top for 2 1/2 weeks.
6. 13 May installed and very nice installer.
Dishwasher Installed 24 April but not under the counter because they did not have a special bracket for Granite counters. Never mentioned by Sales man. Installer said simple fix.
I have contacted the salesman Bob Green 5 times now with the last being 2 weeks ago and still the dishwasher protrudes from the counter. If we don't get this taken care of ASAP I want you to come, disconnect it and return it. The salesman sold it to us because it was suppose to be under the cabinet. The shoe experience has been very unpleasant.
