People are nice.....service call scheduling is painful
Can only give you a day they will be there, will not give you a time frame. 1st visit - They didn't have the correct part to fix. 2nd visit (a week later) - they called at 8:05pm and said they couldn't make it. 3rd visit - we will see! This will be 3 days i have to clear my schedule for the repair. Not beating the "big stores" in this area of business.
The people/employees have been nice though.
