Both the service man and the delivery and installation man were very personable and easy to work with. I felt like the service man gave me good advice on what was needed and if the machine warranted spending the money. The installation was effortless. He needed additional venting, which he had on the truck and also needed a longer cord and he also had that available. Within three days I am back in service and very happy with Dick Van Dyke.
