Our salesman, Michael, was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Our delivery rep, Harold, was extremely courteous and arrived as promised. We have enjoyed this experience. We hope the appliances stand up to their reputation as soon as we get them installed - new construction - not ready quite yet!
