Very Late Delivery; Scratched Appliances; No Return Calls
We had a very poor experience with the store in Bloomington. We purchased a dishwasher, microwave, and oven range on June 22 with the promise that we'd have our appliances by the end of June to align with our remodeling being done. We called the store on the day of the expected delivery and they said they were unable to get us our appliances that day..........no notification from them until I called that day. We grudgingly settled for a second date two weeks into July. Appliances were actually delivered but the dishwasher had a big scratch on front, which we had to identify prior to signing for the appliances. Yay, we go the microwave and oven but the diswasher went back to the store and we didn't get a replacement delivered until July 21, nearly three weeks after the original agreement. Thankfully, they provided us free installation but it was a major inconvenience. Throughout the month, we had to make multiple calls to the store to get an update on the status of our order..........they never called us once. It was very frustrating that we had to keep calling.........customer service definitely did not come first with this purchase. They were happy to have our money and then delivered us our appliances at their own schedule. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the experience overall.
