Same Day Service!?!?!?

I called today (9/11/13) because my freezer is leaking water. The soonest they can come is 9/13/13! Not even the same WEEK! I can only cross my fingers and hope they know what they are doing then. I have my reservations. I hope the protection plan is better than the service.

I was disappointed to hear that we were unable to get to your home within 24 hours of your initial call. I spoke with my dispatch department about the delay with your service request. I was informed that on September 12, 2013 we were inundated with non-functioning refrigerators in your area. Unfortunately, we scheduled your service call out one more day to prevent any of our others customer from losing their food. We appreciate your patience with our company and will continue to strive for same day service for our valued customers.
