Called them about the stove. A repairman came out and said needed a new valve but said that the stove was so old and that they didn't make a gas stove that lit with a pilot light flame...."he thought that they might be illegal to sell". He called the store to see if they had the part and they didn't. He told me we would have to get a new stove if we wanted a workable oven and gave me a $25 coupon and said they were running a moving sale right now. I talked to some friends and they recommended Ken's Appliance Service. Had a repairman from Ken's come out and he cleaned the pilot light, had buildup on it, and the oven worked fine. The repairman from Ken's told me that you can still special order the type of gas stove we have.

I found out a day or so later that my sister got a washer from them and it turned out to be a lemon. Dick Van Dyke repairmen were at her house 5 times trying to fix it. Never did. She asked them to just give her another one and was told they couldn't do that.
