I had used DVDyke before for service.
When we went looking for a WD, we went to 2 other places before there, needless to say we shouldn't of wasted our time w/ the other two & started at DVD, We told the sales rep how much cash we had & he was more than happy to work with us!
I won't be going anywhere else when I need appliances.
