My 25 year old refrigerator stopped cooling properly late night on 8/1/2013. I called Appliance World at 8:30am on 8/2/2013. Melisa was very helpful in setting me up for an appointment for that day. Jim showed up at scheduled time after calling as specified. He quickly found problem. He had parts on truck and had problem fixed very quickly. I proceeded to ask his opinion on a new refrigerator I was considering buying when I remodel in a couple months. He was very helpful with his opinion of this appliance plus other appliances for my kitchen. I will definitely buy my appliances from Appliance World when the time comes. I truly appreciate Jim's excellent service and his expertise and helpful advise. I only wish he could get credit for my sale.
