We had a great experience from sale to delivery. Our sales person was Mr. Dalpozzo. He showed great patience and understanding when assisting us with the purchase of our new washer/dryer. First we chose a top loader. Then next day we called to say we were changing to a front loader. He was more than glad to make the change to make sure we were happy with our choice. Our delivery guys were Jon and Sean. From having to go all the way around our house, to having to take them down deep basement stairs, their great attitudes made it a great customer experience. This is the second time we have purchased appliance/appliances from Dick Van Dyke and will not be the last.
