The sales staff that I have worked with have always been knowledgable and helpful with all my questions on the appliance in question. Delivery has been excellant. Richard delivered and installed the washer and dryer in a very professional and timely manner. I was very pleased. I have also had Jim as our serviceman over the years when needed and he,likewise, is very knowledgable and professional in the service area of appliances. Kudos to everyone at Dick Van Dyke.
