My dishwasher had not been working for the last month (working periodically). Went into DVD and Bob answered all the questions that I had very thoroughly and helped me to find the perfect dishwasher for my family's needs. Chris then did an excellent job at installing and removing the old dishwasher in what seemed to be lightening quick fashion. I will definitely be going back for future appliances.
